Can I change my address on an order once it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and we will do our best to change your order, This needs to happen before we send your parcel.
However MMC does not take responsibility for any incorrect addresses and once parcels has been sent additional charges may apply to get your parcel back.
Can I add items to an order once it has gone through?
Unfortunately no we cannot, however you can place another order and put in the notes section you want to combine ship with your previous order and put the order number. Contact us to get the free shipping code for this.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us ASAP to discuss your reason for wanting to cancel.
The only time we will refund is if the item is faulty, wasn't what you ordered, or we cannot fill your order.
We will not offer a refund for change of mind, depending what stage your order is at we may consider offering you store credit.
Do you accept orders outside of Australia?
Yes we do, It is a flat rate of $35.00, However We will refund the difference if the postage is cheaper.

If we have your order in stock it will take 24/48 hours for the orders to be progressed, However if we need to order your products in please allow time for delivery (weekends and public holidays not included).
if you placed a order on Friday/Saturday/Sunday please don't count those days starting day 1 on Monday.
Sometimes there will be delays with your order because suppliers are having issues or item is out of stock and is on backorder, if this is going to happen to you we will contact you to let you know what is going on with your order offering you options.

Why has the price just randomly changed?

What happens if my parcel goes missing?
Please contact the postage company with a update as to where your order is, if they are unable to provide a answer for you, please contact us and we will chase your order, upon finding out that the parcel has gone missing from the deport we will send a replacement, and if you receive the original package in due time, just mark it "return to sender.
However if your parcel has been delivered and nowhere to be found, again please contact the postage company to find out where they had left your parcel, if they cannot provide you with a answer we will contact them with asking for prove of delivery, if your parcel has been confirmed that your parcel has in fact been delivered you will be required to have a police event number for us to be able to send a replacement.

What does PLY mean?
The term ply traditionally referred to the number of single spun threads twisted together to make a finished yarn.
A greater number of strands meant a thicker yarn. Yarns are made in a variety of ways, so ply is not so relevant.
For example, Patons Jet (approx 12 ply tension) is made from one thick strand, but if you untwist a length of Bluebell (5 ply tension), it is made from multiple strands.
Modern knitting yarns sometimes use ply as a description for tension and thickness only.
What is a dye lot?
When yarn is spun, it is usually in a natural colour (natural fibres) or white (man made fibres). For example, wool is cream in colour.
To dye yarn into our various shades it goes into a huge metal vat (like a huge pressure cooker).
The amount of yarn that goes in depends on the size of the vat.
All of the coloured yarn in each vat, dyed at the same time, is issued a number; this is the dye lot number. Each new lot of yarn is issued a new dye lot number. This changing number is located on the ball band.
Dyeing is like cooking a cake – where any slight variation in ingredients or method may give a slightly different result.
For example, the recipe for Lime may include yellow dye, blue dye, a quantity of water, heat at a set temperature and for a set time. If any of these elements vary, a slightly different shade may result.
This is why it is very important to purchase enough yarn to complete a project especially when it is all in the one colour, You can utilise dye lot loyalty.
Will my yarn be the same dyelot?
Please keep in mind, most of our american yarn are non dye lots. and we do not have control over what we do and don't get sent from the suppliers, usually though they will send the same dye lots.
