Review for Super Saver Pooling in Party colourway from Red Heart , 141 g ball 215 m.
I used this yarn to make the bag seen in the photos , it used 2 1/2 balls (strap and sewing up included) with a 5 mm Boye hook ( the hook is the size and brand that worked the pooling for me, other crocheters tension may need a different brand or size , see earlier photo tutorial for info).

The yarn itself is quite nice to work with , not splitting easily despite much frogging until I got the pattern working and reworks well when tension adjustments were made. I found not knots in any of the balls and knots that I made held well and Russian spliced good. 

I found it a good idea to sew up with the yarn itself , so in the wool needle it held up well with no fuzzing and minimal unwinding near the needle. 

On the planned pooling side, I was able to get the predicted 4 stitches per colour as the info on the yarn says and the colour segments were uniform in colour and length.

The only fault if any is I found the yellow a tad neon for me , in my eyes it would have worked better as a softer yellow or cream, but that is just my taste.
